We take every submission seriously. All complaints are reviewed and managed in line with our Quality Management System and the relevant regulatory requirements.
To help us investigate thoroughly, please include as much information as you can — such as batch numbers, dates, and any supporting documentation. This enables our Quality team to respond with accuracy and care.
NOTE: If you are experiencing any symptoms or concerns related to your product, please seek advice from your healthcare professional as soon as possible. If symptoms are severe or worsening, please contact emergency services immediately.
Adverse events related to medicinal cannabis products can also be reported directly to the TGA via the ‘Report a Problem’ section on the TGA website.
